Skip bins in Deception Bay

Deception Bay still has some bigger blocks and semi-rural properties alongside the newer housing, so garden and yard work is a big part of the jobs here. Green waste, old fencing, tree trimmings and soil from new garden beds are all common loads.

For these jobs, a 3m³ low side bin, like the one in the photo, is a good choice. The low sides make it easy to wheelbarrow straight in. If it’s only green waste or only soil, ask about a budget bin to save money.

We also do house clean-outs and renovations, from the homes near the Esplanade right through the suburb. If a bin fills faster than expected, call us about a swap so you can keep going. We deliver across Deception Bay and its neighbouring suburbs of Rothwell, Narangba, North Lakes and Burpengary East.

What our Deception Bay & Moreton Bay customers say

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you deliver skip bins to Deception Bay?

Yes — Deception Bay 4508 is in our Zone 1 service area, so you get our standard pricing with no extra delivery fee. We deliver right across Deception Bay and nearby Rothwell, Kippa-Ring, Narangba and Burpengary. Pick your bin size and book online, or call 0411 704 978.

If the bin fills faster than expected, you may need to book a second bin or arrange an early swap-over. It’s usually better to ask first so you get the right size from the start.

Yes. A general waste bin can take a mix of household rubbish, green waste, timber, cardboard and building rubble all together. Budget bins are cheaper because they take one type of material only, such as just soil or just green waste. Asbestos must go in a dedicated asbestos bin. Mattresses and tyres can go in for an extra fee if you add them when you book. Please keep out liquids, paint, chemicals, gas bottles and batteries.

A budget bin is the cheapest option if it’s only green waste. A 3m³ low side is the easiest to fill with a wheelbarrow. For big yard clean-ups, go for a 4m³ or 6m³.

We often have same-day or next-day skip bins available for Deception Bay. Book online or call 0411 704 978 and we’ll confirm the earliest drop-off for your street. Standard hire is 7 days and early collection is no problem at no extra cost.

If the bin goes on your own driveway or yard, you don’t need a permit. If it has to go on the road or footpath, call us first, because council approval may be needed.
