FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I get same-day delivery?
Same-day or next-day delivery is often available, depending on demand. We recommend booking ahead where possible, but if you’re in a rush, call us and we’ll do our best to help.
How do I prepare for asbestos disposal?
If you’re disposing of asbestos, you must use a designated asbestos bin. It must be double-lined with 200um plastic and fully sealed before pickup. 200um plastic is available from hardware stores like Bunnings. Improperly prepared bins won’t be collected.
Where does the waste go?
We sort and process your waste at our own local transfer station. Wherever possible, materials are separated and recycled before final disposal. We aim to reduce landfill and manage waste responsibly every day.
What size skip bin do I need?
It depends on how much waste you’re planning to dispose of.
As a guide:
- 2m³ is ideal for small clean-ups or garden waste
- 4m³ to 6m³ suits general home renovations
- 10m³ bins are great for larger jobs like building sites or full clear-outs
If you’re unsure, we can help you choose the right size based on your project.
Do you deliver to businesses as well as homes?
We do! We work with homeowners, tenants, builders, landscapers, renovators, real estate agents, developers and more. Whether it’s a short-term clean-up or part of ongoing commercial work, we can help.
