What our Brighton & Moreton Bay customers say

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I know which bin size to book?
The right size depends on the type of waste and how much you need to get rid of. A small garden clean-up needs something different from a bathroom renovation or building site. If you’re unsure, we can help you choose.
If the bin fills faster than expected, you may need to book a second bin or arrange an early swap-over. It’s usually better to ask first so you get the right size from the start.
We sort and process your waste at our own local transfer station. Wherever possible, materials are separated and recycled before final disposal. We aim to reduce landfill and manage waste responsibly every day.
They’re a practical guide to help you understand the bin footprint and capacity. If access is tight or placement could be tricky, let us know when booking so we can help plan it properly.
Not always. The best value comes from booking the right size for the job. Too small and you may need a second bin. Too big and you may pay for space you don’t need.
